- Rate is based on single/double occupancy.
- An additional $10 per person fee will be added for each

- Must call Reservations to reserve prior/post event date.
- Cancellation Policy: 48 hours prior to arrival date to
avoid penalties.
- Rooms rates will be offered 3 days prior and 3 days after
event dates.
- Cutoff Date: Group rate will be available until Wednesday,
